AIIR stands apart as the only coaching provider on the prestigious Drexel LeBow Analytics 50 list

AIIR Consulting is pleased to announce that it has earned a spot on the Drexel LeBow Analytics 50, a prestigious list of businesses using analytics to solve business challenges.

Presented by the Center for Business Analytics at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, the initiative connects academia and industry, highlights best practices, and applauds data-driven business impact. Honorees are selected by a panel of researchers and practitioners who evaluate nominations based on the complexity of the business challenge, the analytics solution implemented, and the solution’s business impact on the organization.

AIIR leverages innovation and data science to solve a core challenge for the coaching industry

Organizations spend more than $3.5 billion on leadership development solutions per year. But most talent leaders struggle to understand whether this investment is producing real results. To solve this problem, AIIR launched the largest study of coaching outcomes ever conducted.

Through this research, our team of business psychologists and data scientists identified a concise list of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) essential for success as a leader, regardless of industry or organizational level. We then built a proprietary assessment to measure leaders’ strength along each of these KPIs at the beginning of coaching and their progress throughout the engagement.

Since its launch, this powerful tool has helped ensure that more than 300 corporate executives stay on track and achieve their goals during their coaching engagements. And, it has empowered talent leaders to see what’s working, eliminate what’s not, and prove the impact of their talent development programs across their organizations.

“When it comes to measuring outcomes, the coaching industry has struggled from day one,” said Dr. Justin Zamora, Head of Data Science. “Even today, the best most coaching providers can muster is a satisfaction survey. Through our pioneering research, we have solved one of the core challenges in the industry.”

AIIR stands apart as the only coaching provider among the honorees

The only coaching provider to make the list, AIIR joins honorees including Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, Ancestry.com, Chewy, DuPont, FICO, HARMAN International, Nestle USA, Steelcase, Tyson Food Service, Vanguard, Verizon, and others. A full list of honorees can be found here.

“We’re delighted to recognize this year’s honorees for harnessing the power of their data,” said Diana Jones, Director of the Center for Business Analytics. “With a goal of amplifying analytics expertise throughout the nation, we join these companies, nonprofits, and government agencies in celebrating the impact they’ve made within their industries.”

“AIIR’s inclusion in the Analytics 50 is the result of over a decade of pioneering work in the coaching and leadership development space,” said AIIR’s founder and CEO, Dr. Jonathan Kirschner. “Since our inception, AIIR has stayed at the cutting edge of the coaching industry, combining best practices in business psychology, data science, technology, and expertise in a way that produces truly powerful results for our clients and their organizations.”
