AIIR Consulting is excited to announce its expansion in the Asia-Pacific region with the addition of two executive coaches, Dr. Jane Horan and Krish Iyer. Both Dr. Horan and Krish Iyer are based in Singapore with significant exposure to executive coaching in China and Southeast Asia.
Dr. Jane Horan is an expert in cross-cultural leadership and career transitions as well as a widely recognized author in the corporate world and beyond. She focuses on helping organizations build an inclusive company culture and works with individuals on career transitions.
Dr. Horan is an internationally recognized speaker and author of I Wish I’d Known That Earlier in My Career: The Power of Positive Workplace Politics, a business guide used by corporate universities and career coaches globally. She is also the author of How Asian Women Lead: Lessons for Global Corporations.
With over 20 years of work experience with companies such as Kraft, Disney, and GE, Dr. Horan uses her work knowledge to help organizations build inclusive and engaged workplaces. Her consulting work includes Fortune 100 firms such as BP, Credit Suisse, Covidien, HP, McDonald’s, Microsoft, Monsanto, Jones Lang LaSalle, Syngenta, SingTel, Toshiba, VMWare, and others.
She is a Senior Researcher in gender equality with Hong Kong University and a Senior Fellow with the Conference Board. Dr. Horan is also an adjunct professor at the California Institute of Integral Studies and has lectured at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore. Jane has lived, worked, and studied in the US, China, and Hong Kong, and holds an Educational Doctorate from Bristol University.
Krish Iyer has lived and worked on four continents and in as many industry sectors – industrial consumables, industrial commodities, IT services, and enterprise software. A significant part of his career has involved being a change agent and catalyst for organizational growth, sales effectiveness, innovation and strategic transformation, and working across cultural and functional boundaries. Krish has worked with 3M Co., Praxair, Satyam Computers, and SAP.
Krish has an Advanced Coaching Certification from the Teachers College, Columbia University, in addition to his International Coach Federation (ICF) credentials. He successfully melds the scientific and academic rigor of the Columbia Coaching Foundations with his deep and varied business acumen, as well as his unique energy and style, to deliver comprehensive and effective transformational engagements to his clients, whether they be individuals or teams.
Krish leverages a variety of assessment tools and psychometric instruments as part of his coaching and facilitation engagements, including MBTI-II, Hogan Assessments, WorkPlace Big 4.0™, Power+System’s Organizational Workshop™ methodology, The Predictive Index (PI), and NBI™ Thinking Profile Assessment.
